4月27日、北京商標協会が2024年度北京商標10大訴訟典型事例を公表し、その中で、集佳が代理人を務めた、スラム社（SRAM，LLC）が国家知識産権局を提訴した第G1729330号「自転車用フリーホイール位置商標」に関する拒絶査定不服審判行政紛争事件が選出された。
